Ok, so it is payment on results. However, what point is payment triggered - when the client says that he/she is proceeding or when your legal guys have established that there is a case (which as you know, can take up to 40 days), or when the eventual claim is settled (which can be many months)?

Clarification would be appreciated.

Payment is made upon reciept of the documents back from the client....so in essecence....a few days from contacting the lead and sending the dox out.

Hi there.
Im looking to generate PPI claims and unenforceable loans with payment on an upfront basis. I can supply leads that have been spoke to within 24hr prior to you recieving and obviosly fitting criteria i.e before april 07 etc... The client would be told the name of your company and that you would be calling to discuss further.
Alternatively I could supply full pack (letter of authority, terms of engagement etc..) including clients credit agreement (s).
I cannot generate huge volumes of these but I can guarantee quality. I would be happy to wait two weeks for payment, while you verify the case and make sure its viable, but no longer than that.
Im open to offers and also suggestions on criteria. Please PM me if you would like to discuss further.
