I RUN A CLAIMS COMPANY NEAR MANCHESTER. MAINLY SPECIALISING IN PPI MIS-SELLING CLAIMS.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH 2 FIRMS OF SOLICITORS BUT DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF CLAIMS WE RECEIVE EACH WEEK THEY CAN NOT HANDLE THEM ALL.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARE NEW FIRMS OF SOLICITORS TO HANDLE THESE CLAIMS OR OTHER CLAIMS COMPANIES WE CAN BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH WHO CAN PLACE THEM WITH THEIR SOLICITORS. IN AN IDEAL WORLD WE NEED SOME UPFRONT FUNDING ON THESE CASES TO COVER THE COSTS OF GETTING THEM IN.
AT POINT OF HANDING THE CASE TO THE SOLICTOR, WE HAVE THE TERMS OF ENEGAGEMENT, LETTER OF AUTHORITY, PPI MIS-SELLING QUESTIONNAIRE AND FULL LOAN AGREEMENT ALL COMPLETED.
WE ALSO HAVE STRONG LINKS WITH A FUNDER FOR PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE SUCH AS SOLICITORS TO RUN THESE CASES.

The Claims company will instantly see the reply.

Hi would like more info on upfront and back end percentage please for packaged cases, 5k plus ppis pre april o7. Have a large volume of claiments and already working with a company paying £225 up-front can you beat or match this ?

Just to give you an idea how companies can pay upfront: solicitors get funding to take on the case generally the case has to be over 5k and the funding is around £700 to the solicitor or the funding money can not be claimed back through the court... now solicitors hence have to get funding for each and every case which is approx 700 per case, yet solicitors can't generally afford to take on anymore then 20 cases a month ( work it out for your self £168,000 per annum risk)

They also can not litigate cases under 5k....However, I can.... I can pay for ppi cases upfront and give commision out the back for as many claims as you wish to send... starting from £1,500-10,000K ppi value.
