Hi Rakesh,

The dialler has in built a voice broadcasting option, you can use the dialler a voice broadcaster whilst your agents wait to speak to customers as well. You can even have one computer dialling all day without an agent if you wanted just using the voicebroadcasting.

If you are looking for us to manage your voicebroadcasting on a lrge scale we can also do that. We require the voice message you want you can either record it yourself or we can use an actor to record it for you (which will come with a cost).

When you take the free trial, Terus will also include 3000 records for the dialler to call, or alternatively you can upload you own data.

PI leads cannot be generated by dialers. It's illegal. Hope this helps.

Sorry if I haven't got back to you regarding this, my email isnt attached to a4u because I originally set this account up with another email address which now I cant change.

Owen please can you call me regarding the Voice broadcasts, as i told the other day I was very busing setting up the new call center and wasnt able to speak to you, however this post is regarding a predictive dialler not Voice broadcasting, therefore just in case anyone is confused we can not offer free trials for Voice broadcasts, However we can on the predictive dialler....
