I'm also interested in purchasing a small telephone system to help me dial through numbers (saving me just using my phone and taping numbers in)

I know most call centres have alot of seats but where can i go to perhaps purchase just one system for me to use from home?

I've seen this dialler in the flesh and it's probably going to be the best one you could find if your starting out. Does everything it says on the tin esp if you are starting out and for the price it's the cheapest you will find for 1 seat. Even does IVR which normally costs a fortune to add to a dialler. Just thought i'd stick my 2p in!!

Be careful dealing with Tetrus, there not as nice as they make out. They aren't very professional in how they conduct business.

Unfortunately we cant please everyone, I believe Crazy Bird is Emma from Horizon, she sent us an invoice recently for money we never owed to her from last November, naturally we were angry with her, but who wouldn't be! we have had to result in sending proof we had paid it 6months ago by bank statement!! It doesn't make us unprofessional it makes them unprofessional for sending out false invoices.

However I can clearly understand why Emma would have been offended by our reactions from which we apologize its a shame it has come to this because when we dealt with them in the past Emma was always charming and nice over the phone..It seems the accountant is to blame in this instance..

Ive been using Tetrus for a while and have been very happy with their products, their dialler is brilliant on a low budget and their data has always worked for us
