Declined Unsecured Loan Leads

I have around 100,000 declined unsecured loan leads that date back around 2 years.
They have name, address and telephone numbers, all agreed at time of application to be contacted for future marketing.

The leads are from our own database where we had a loan company and ran campaigns through the redtop newspapers, yellow pages and through our website.

Just wondered if there would be any interest of anybody purchasing these leads?
