How to Offload or Monetise (Re)Mortgage leads?

Hi

I run a number of Finance related websites and each month I am now getting the following types of leads I can't place. Any takers for a back-end deal or maybe some advice on how I can monetise these leads.

1. Property Development Mortgages: 2-3 each month

2. Commercial Mortgages: 1- each month

3. Remortgages: Mainly used to consolidate debts and applicants tend to be in dire straights i.e. property may be repossessed if they can't remortgage. LTV 80%+ (5-15 remortgage leads/month)

I received 3 leads today (2 remortgage and 1 Commercial Mortgage lead(£200,000)) which I haven't placed anywhere.
