Thread: Lets finally set a few people straight

    Firstly i would like to let you know that i have not set up a new company called Your One Stop Money Shop it is a tradig name of The LCA People Limited as is Orrell & son Claims, Your Call Direct and Obsession UK.

    If i was to set up a new company and get away from people i would not be soft enough to use my real name !!.

    1. Archie08 - the leads you ordered were not avalibale when you needed them we gained them from a new source and sent the to simon@selective-marketing.co.uk. You came back three days later asking were the leads were and you wanted a refund, I have resent the leads you ordered to the email address above with all corrospondance we have had.

    2. Swindells - I have transfered £275 into the nominated account on your invoice as i have stated on numerouse emails to you. if it has not cleared into your account i suggest you resend an invoice to me with your company details and business account details.

    Some of the slander on this website has stopped me from gaining business from prospective clients. I have had enough of people not having enough to do with there time other than sitting on this website and slaughtering other peoples activities. I am 21 and have worked hard to build up a business from nothing, no funding and no help to have a better life for me and my 2 kids. If you have nothing better to do with your time than try to ruin a life or a business then you need to put your prioritys straight. If you beleive my company owes you money please email me on lee.orrell@btconnect.com with your requirments and i will get back to with either an explination or other.

    I ordered leads off you and you told me I would get them the next day, several days had passed and excuse after excuse flew as to why I did not have my leads. I then told you to cancel the order and refund me the money, you told me you had BACS'd it though but nothing appeared. Since then you have acted like a coward and not responded to one email, to scared to take a call and started using a new id on here.

    how about you stop acting like a coward and a joke of a business man and pay me the money you owe me.
    At the end of the day you have failed to take one call from me in over a month and I must have rung you 100 times, so if you believe what you are saying is true why would you not speak to me on the phone?

    Jon. Like i have said in the above post reinvoice me with your company details and your business account details and i can re send you the £275 for the EL, PI case. !!

    Rob looks like he is jumping on the ban wagon !! Apologies for the miss-spelling, but spelling on a email should not be the highest of your priorites considering we have never had any dealings !!

    The case with Jon Swindells is as follows: unrecognisable account details.

    As advised to you i was having problems sending atachments from my emais. The email did not come back as udelivered so i presumed that you had received the leads you requested. You then emailed me stating you had not received any leads and would like a refund for what you had paid to us. The leads were sent to you, you then asked me to reverse the funds which i had advised my accounts to do and was advised that it had been done !! i will check through my statements and if this is not the case you will be rest assured you will recive the refund. My number had been changed due to private issues which is why i have not spoken to you on the phone.

    Just checked the invoice I sent you on 30th March.... The account details are spot on!!

    You are right it should not, however spelling is such an easy way to pick out who takes pride in what they do.

    As for the rest of it, it seems there is no need to jump on this bandwagon as its tearing along quickly

    The reason I am lurking on this forum is I will be heading into Claims in a big way, so its useful research to note down those with good, questionable and poor repuations :tup

    Good spelling costs nothing, but DEFININATLY gives the wrong impression about someones professionalism

    Looking forward to you heading into the "claims" market Rob :tup

    However good the message, poor spelling will always be the most memorable element.

    I deal with lawyers (for my sins) on a daily basis in my business life and they always, always concentrate their minds on poor spelling to the detriment of the content.

    This is a joke, now were are concentarting on my spelling ?????? apologies for the spelling in the email !! i always type my letters, emails ect on word to use spell checker. I also deal with solicitors bank managers ect on a daily basis and understand that they pick up on any sort of unprofesionlisom. I am more concerned about getting outstanding issues sorted befor is start worrying about the way i spell things on ths website.

    Jon, the details on your invoice must not be correct as if they were correct the fee would have cleared into the account .....
