Excellent opportunity for competent Credit Claims Solicitor - Urgent action required

Hi Guys,

I have a contact who is processing fully packaged Unenforceable Credit Agreement cases . He is looking to expand and is looking to source new solicitors/agencies to refer good quality, packaged business.

I thought i'd put the requirements for my contact in writing and his process, to better explain.

My contact obtains a signed Power Of Attorney from his client; this POA is limited to assisting the client with his/her debt. The merchant also obtains the Authority to Act & Credit Agreement and forwards on to a solicitor to process.

After 28 days; the solicitor will send an affidavit to my contact, which my contact takes to the client to sign.

On average the process takes 4 months from the date the solicitor receives the agreement; to obtaining confirmation from the lender, that they will no longer pursue the debt.

The solicitor will then send a final affidavit to my contact, which is then signed by the client

The solicitor forwards all docs directly to the contact; who then visits the client to have signed.

My contact is currently processing 100+ cases monthly and has the capacity to double this. He is now looking to find other agencies to refer business to, as his solicitors cannot cope with the work load.

His three main requirements are:

1.) He remains the main point of contact; between the solicitor/processing company & the client (although his clients are fully informed there are other agencies involved within the process).

2.) If possible? The solicitor/processing company will be able to reduce some of the paperwork required e.g. signed affidavits. The contact and his team visit the clients in their homes to have the documents signed. If they can reduce the number of visits, they can increase productivity.

3.) The solicitor/processing company is efficient (no cowboys please). Competency is the key to a good business relationship.

If anyone can meet his requirements, they will receive good quality cases, fully packaged. Should be a good earner!
