So I've set up Get Visible Ltd. I've got a number of affiliate accounts (obviously) and transferring all of my SEO and affiliate business into it. Do the network want me to just change my details in their systems so the self-billing invoices have the correct details? Or am I expected to create new accounts? I'll be trading as the ltd from 1st May.

Has anyone else transferred sole proprietorship into Ltd?

well done - did you do it yourself or hire an accountant to do it?

Its something I need to look at, but trying to bury my head in the sand!!

I did this 3 years ago and I kept the same accounts, just let each account manager know and in most cases you'll have to update your payment details.

It hardly takes any time or effort - just a couple of forms to sign if I remember rightly.
