new account on leadbay

Hi All
I setup my first account with leadbay yesturday, and in the user control panel, my account is showing as inactive. I've had a look and can't find anything in FAQ's.

Can someone tell me if it's normal to see a delay (and how long) from when you sign up, to when you can start integrating forms etc.

You don't need to call them, you just wait and the'll approve any accounts you add in the control panel.
