    Hello Peeps,

I regulaly come onto this forum to keep an eye on various different topics - unenforecable loans being one of them.

I keep seeing many posts on this subject from various different people offering incentives for peeps to pass deals through them.

I have an MOJ and can refer realistically between 25 - 50 unenforceable cases per week, before i speak with anyone directly could potential receivers of these types of claims please outline on this thread what they can offer in terms of upront payments on uneforecable claims?

    Thanks!

    MA truth or lies ???

AMS pay £15 per lead with 30%+ rejection rate
    - 123 pay £20 per UCA lead and are running at avg 11% rejection rate

    AMS have strict criteria
    - 123 have no criteria except :
    • The agreement must have been taken out before April 07
    • Already in an agreement
    • Thought it was a free service
    • Dead/Wrong Number

AMS have quotas in place to restrict ALL introducers from delivering leads each month.
    - 123 have NO quotas.

AMS have some stupid manual insert lead program and NO reporting.
    - 123 have a full suite of reporting tools via the online control panel.

    AMS payout monthly
    - 123 payout every 7 days.

    The british taxpayer does.

The erosion of responsibility for personal debt is reprehensible.

Lee - our PUBLIC program pays £15 per lead. Our closed program, about which you know nothing, pays a great deal more.

We fully intend to keep the fact that you and others know nothing about this and many of our other new products as part of our business policy for as long as commercially viable.

It's about time you and the many other copy cat businesses had some ideas of your own.

p.s. Noticed from Alexa that 68% of 123ds.co.uk's traffic is now from India - the world's centre of excellence for quality online lead generation :laugh

We dont charge anything upfront to the client.

I just want to package (compliantly) an unenforceable claim to 'one point' and get a sustainable commision per qualifying case.

For cash flow purposes I need to know how much i would get paid along with timelines on payments - very important

    thanks,

    Chris.:tup

    Chris,

I would be happy to discuss this further with you.

Headline figures - we pay £150-200 per accepted case front end. No back end.

We do NOT charge ANY up front fees to the client whasoever, and we do not accept any cases where the client has been charged anything.

The loan agreement will be assessed FOC with a response within 5 working days, although normally within 2. You then have the client sign the Solicitors CFA (we will provide all these documents). All payments should be within 2 months of the initial referral.

Feel free to call 01257 234475, and ask for Paul.

    Paul.

    Mogga,

If you saw some of the loan agreements that pass my desk each day, you would alter this view.

It is the actions of some lenders that is "reprehensible".

How ON EARTH do you work that one out?

By what means does the UK taxpayer pay for the shortcomings, inconsistencies and pure greed of the British banking system?

(Apart from lending the banks billions to bail them out, of course, but that has nothing to do with improper selling of loans ....)
