Anyone got any idea what has happened to these guys, please? I am not owed money; but I do have an order pending!

I am getting no answer on their landline or mobile! Also their web reply form seems to go into oblivion.

Jon is a regular guy who always returns calls and emails.

Anybody got any information please?
