And Steve, if you are reading this, please thank your new mates at Allison & Reilly Solicitors for their lovely letter concerning my court action - they certainly do use a lovely absorbent letterhead and it was most comfortable when I wiped my ar** with it.
Tell them that they are welcome to send me a whole roll if they want!
Have a nice day![]()

Knowing Steve, im sure he would have had good reason for not paying.
Rather than name and shame why not face him and work it out.
My experience with Steve is that he doesn't shy away from confrontation (Like some) and im sure he would be more than willing to speak to you.
Perhaps you should try it!
My experience with Steve is that although I did manage to get the debt down from £60k to around £23k by restricting his lead volumes, he remains a liar and a cheat who tucked me up for the money.
He had a very good reason for not paying - he hadn't made enough profits so he didn't have enough money.

oooh Michael, you have to watch out with these posts. Good ole 'moderators' will give you an infraction for trying to bring out the truth like they did us with Global Ignition whom we believe have pulled 6 figures from the industry and are now going to court. For that matter CNS Financial Solutions aren't much better!
FYI, CNS have just had a CCJ against them.

Michael - I'm not getting into a slagging match here. Suffice to say that as always you are trying to spin everything in your favour, the facts as I see them are.
You've dealt with me for years on and off, it's fair to say that originally, albeit whilst I was working for someone else, I was probably one of, if not the first person you worked with in this industry - so why after well over 5 years I am all of a sudden a liar and cheat I'm not sure.
I've always tried to assist you and your network by amongst other things providing a catch all back stop for the large amount of leads you failed to place elsewhere, with a minimum of declines etc with a view to longevity and mutual transparency and flexibility.
When you approached us a year or two ago to provide the service you required we insisted on paying you upfront on a weekly basis - despite your inability to even provide invoices. You insisted on moving to a payment in arrears model in order that you could exploit our potential for volume to the full.
As I see it - we did you a number of "favours" towards the end of last year which have very much bitten us on the **** especially in the current market.
I feel I was 100% open and honest and fully explained where we were going and why I couldn't focus on finance at present as we have in the past, illustrated how we were going to get there, and how if we could get your network operating in the right way how we could work with you in the future, and ensure you were not out of pocket.
You then produce an invoice and decide to take court action, which we have countered and will pursue fully. It would appear in current market conditions there are a lot of people with short memories trying to use "scare" tactics in order to prop up their ailing models - and despite having been wholly flexible, and compromising in trying to develop win-win relationships in the past a line does have to be drawn.
I won't be placing another post re this, though I'm sure you will ensure you spin it to it's fullest. I do feel that at present your supreme arrogance may serve to cause you more problems than it does solutions.

CNS got a CCJ! Classic, just what I expected. That guy couldn't hold a vat of glue together let alone a company.
Great days.
Retro, put them claws away
