Looking to place my PPI and UCA work

Hi all

I have been quite happily placing my fully packaged PPI cases the last few months with a local solicitor. They however can not take any more due to funding issues.
So what i am looking for is a new home to place my PPI clients. I have been currently completing all paperwork and collecting the loan agreements, so i can carry on doing this or i understand some companies want to do this stage themselves so in this case i can supply full details on the client for this to be carried out.
What i will require is an upfront payment on these once accepted and a back end commission as well.
If anyone has a home for these and can assist me then please leave me a message.

Something else i have been looking at is the Unenforcable agreements, i have not touched upon this yet but again if people have deals for this i am happy to listen.

We also offer all financial misselliung services ~Bank Charges, Credit Card Charges, Unenforceble Agreements etc. We will take all cases under 5K or over 5K and our average turnaround is 8 Weeks.

We can take large volume refferals we use an online system for ppi claims and all the forms are pre populated. You will recieve a report every 24 hours on the status of your cases. We can pay you on acceptance for cost bearing PPI and we split our fee 50/50 on success for the under 5k. We are settling 60% of the under 5k cases within 3 months.

We are able to accept unenforceable loans and credit cards from introducers and no charges will be made to the client.

Unenforceable cases accepted on the following basis:

We would be happy to take UCA cases that have been signed up before 6th April 2007, were not for a value of over £25k (unless they are a credit card) and where the client has at least 8 months left to run on the agreement. Also, the client must not be in bankruptcy order or be considering entering into one.

We will contact the client, sign them up on our paperwork, pay the required fee to the Lender (under Section 77/78), obtain the necessary documents (where we can(!)) and allocate to a Litigator.

* No upfront charge to the client

* No Win No Fee policy (CFA)

For volume cases we would be able to pay 4% backend commission payable by the litigator.

PPI CASES

* Commissions will be subject to volumes but start at a minimum of £100 - £140 upfront and backend commission subject to volumes (Upfront paid within 28 days)

* You can choose the commission structure to suit your organisation of a high front end commission, high backend commission (12.5%) or a mix of the two

* No upfront charge to the client

* No Win No Fee policy (CFA)
