The criteria of the PPI

1.Loans greater than £7,000.

2.Can be paid or still current.

3.Loans taken up to 6yrs ago.

4.Single premium payment(added to loan).

The criteria for P.I

RTA's and Employers Liability only

1.Accident with personal injury within the last two and a half years.

2.Some one else to blame.

3.Has the third party details for the above.

4.Has received Hospital(medical treatment).

%.Not claiming or Already claimed with any other company/solicitor.

6.England and Wales only
