I've seen a couple of threads over the last months about Only Finance not paying affiliates money's owed and I thought that a good enough reason to give them a wide birth, I'm glad I did!

Status: Active - Proposal to Strike off

I don't know if anyone here still has outstanding unpaid invoices, if so now's the time to start shouting!

    From the London Gazette

    Meetings of Creditors

    ONLY FINANCE LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA on 18 June 2009 at 2.30 pm for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at; 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA, two business days before the date of the meeting.

    Good luck getting paid all!

Anyone owed money needs to fairly quickly oppose the striking off because if the company is struck off all debts will be wiped out (unless an application is made to reinstate).

All creditors are supposed to get a letter asking them if they want to object to striking off but quite often these letters never land or are not followed up by creditors.

This isn't the same as a 'liquidation'.

    Only Group | Only Finance

Only finance is part of the Only group of companies. I presume the others are not applying to be struck off? Seems like a good way of getting rid of debt.
