    Hi Guys,

Please get in touch; if you take on UCA cases below £5000 and Scottish cases too. Also, would be good to speak to someone who takes on non-regulated work.

    Many Thanks

    How is this un-regulated?
Consumer credit act covers up to 25k there is no minimum.

Scottish law process is different hence you need solicititors who know the way things are done there but agreements are still regulated

When he said Un Regulated, I understood that to mean he is not MOJ regulated. I presume Im wrong though.

Maybe but think he wants a solicitor who is willing to look at cases outside of the consumer credit act.

Agreements not regulated by the CCA are usually over £25,000. He asked for agreements under £5,000.

UCA wouldnt apply to anything other than a Credit Agreement.

Sorry - just to clarify; i meant agreements not regulated by the CCA (over 25k, business debt etc). Reading back, I can see the confusion.

So; if anyone can help? I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks :tup
