We are an IVA/ DM company.

We generate the occasional secured loan/ re-mortgage lead. Maybe a couple a week! Although recently it has been around one a day. Not big numbers i know but with the right buyer im sure we could increase this.

Ltv below 80%
Haven’t missed more than one payment in the last 6 months.
Interested in a secured loan/ re-mortgage.

All of our leads will have spoken to IVA advisors and we will make sure they do not fit the IVA/ DM bracket. Leads can be hotkey over with additional info emailed.

We would be happy to develop this criteria further if someone was interested. We currently have back end deals but we would rather have a price per lead. Please feel free to get in touch if this is of interest.
