    It's complete BS again.

There are some law firms being investigated who were dealing with unregulated claims firms and the law society is clamping down on them.

Yet again they are reporting that a Judge has put a stay on the cases, even though the Judge has stated that they are not on hold and he is furious that the papers have reported so.

All this is is the lenders bringing their influence to bear on the media to help them broadcast a propoganda war against unenforceable claims, this is the only defence the lenders have left is to misdirect the public and slander cmc's in general

As one barrister put it 'they cant defend the indefensible'

It has to be said that while the moj are doing very little about some of the cmc firms claims

    ie takes only 4 weeks
    guaranteed write off etc.

They do have ammunition to keep feeding the media.

maybe it is BS, but i think if anyone is going to go down first in this industry it will be the ones who charge upfront fees and i suspect it wont be long now.... but make hay whilst the sun shines
