We have around 300 contracts that have been reviewed by a non-practising solicitor that he believes to be unenforceable.These include
credit cards,personal loans,secured loans,mortgages and car finance.A lot of these contracts contain PPI.
All obviously dated pre April 2007.
He has already written to the lenders concerned and has had a few successes in having the balance cleared.These 300 contracts have been packaged,letters written to lenders,responses received and now looking for a solicitor to take them on as the lenders are refusing to deal with him now.

We do already have a firm of solicitors dealing with our contracts,but we are looking to sell this batch on which may also give us the chance to work with other firms for future contracts.
