Generating PI leads via bulk dialling is illegal and any experienced, reputable lead generation buyer would stay away from such a generator. How can you NOT know that??:td

I thought diallers were tried, tested and retried and retested in the mid 90's.

They always fail for the same reasons: The distinct lack of qualification and the cost of requalifying leads is as high as dialling the data yourself in the first place. It systematically annoys huge amounts of completely dissinterested consumers who are reminded at brand level, which company has just pissed them off:scared. The conversions from key hits, call backs or automated transfers have yet to come close to obtaining anything near a reasonable ROI.

Voice broadcasting is Illegal - look at the Ofcom website and also ask the ICO.
