I don't understand how you thought that you can do this without charging the customer any money; how on earth did you think that you can cover you costs: £10 for the lender, admin, retired solicitor to check the agreements etc.

firstly our solicitor didnt charge to check the agreements
so we didnt need to charge
secondly we had a profit split agreement with the solicitor so there was no up front costs.
thirdy our solicitor was the countries number one expert in UCA. he's been doing credit agreements for 13 years and never lost a single case in his entire career.
a lot of the test cases on the CCA were brought by his clients and he instructed the barristers.
