Ppi and uca
Hi,
I am fairly new to the forum so any advice is much appreciated.
We are looking at starting a new project next month which should start generating PPI AND UCA cases as an offshoot of the work we are doing, is there anyone out there that we could maybe align ourselves to and can take these cases from us or would we need an MOJ number first? Any advice is much appreciated.
Tom.

Hi Tom,
My company is a claims management specialist and is actively seeking more introducers, we can offer part upfront plus back end or a 50/50 com split at the back end. I would be happy to discuss the matter further with you and would be happy to provide you with any proof you should require regarding our success in the ppi field.
Regards UCA I would be careful regarding this area cases are currently stayed in the courts and the MOJ is looking closely at companies who are charging an upfront fee for this service.
My email is info@getbackppi.co.uk
Kind regards
Darren

Thanks for the update as i had not seen the release, however it does indicate that cases will need to be heard at a higher level, can you honestly say you dont think this will go the same way as the bank charges and be tied up in appeals etc for quite sometime? considering the first cca claims were submitted to lenders some 18 months ago its not a great service to offer clients for an upfront fee imho.

If you are looking for an easy route to send your ppi claims as an introducer for buymyclaims.com we can pay you upto £100 upfront with no limit for the amount of claims you wish to send.
With an easy stress free application for your client to post back the forms with your reference number. £100 per claim couldn't be easier to earn.
