OUTSOURCING!.....good or bad?

Hi,

I am relatively new to 'OUTSOURCING' and have developed a wonderful contact in the Philippines.
Her name is Apple, she speaks perfect English (better than me possibly?)

Is totally professional:
I email her: she retorts in seconds not minutes,hours or calls me!
Can implement: data input/storage/research etc..etc..etc.. everything
Lead generation: my latest communication with her was with regards to Forestry Investments with a guaranteed 15% ROI. Or possibly much more on a more speculative basis.

She responds with 10 data leads showing bank balances in exess of xxxxxx sterling. ALOT! For me to trial.
Thus far over a 3 month period she has:
Created UK DM leads from my data (cold calling)
Discount utility leads (my data...telecoms....cold calling)
High networth client 'Forestry Investment' leads (her data, I called)
Created an online office for me where everything I need is at the touch of a button
I'm not the best at administration (and the 1st to admit it!)

She has a successful business but wishes to grow it
I've said I'll try and help

Yes I've either been very lucky and/or also a little intuitive I'd like to think.
I spoke to several and just had a good feeling about this lady and
WOW! It's paid off.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to some of you RE. this, my wife just had our first baby
Anyway I have a price list and questionnaire now for you and others that are interested:

For lead gen and sales accounts:

1. Hours/days of calling
2. How many hours a day?
3. Are we calling businesses or consumers?
4. Will they provide the leads?
5. Do they have script and rebuttals ready?

Price guide:
Data/Admin/Secretarial = $6 per hour.
Tele-sales/lead gen. = $8 per hour
Sales = $10 per hour
