Secured Loan leads

We are considering buying secured loan leads and wanted to know:

1) What is the aggregate price for un verified and unqulaified secured loan leads.
What is the usual level of duplicates and are leads supplied on non-exclusive basis?

2) Whats is the aggregate price for verified loan lead and usual front end back end split in terms of price. is front end usually paid on application completed.

3) What si the aggregate price paid for back end delas only (50:50 is market?)

Are such agreements documented formally?

Any thoughts as well as offers of leads, our conversion rate may be goood and we have a new lender deal
