We have a letter off the courts on our website Monster Claims Limited | Credit Agreement Audit | Unenforceable Loans, however we are registered with the Data Commissioners Office so as in all cases we have to black out specific detail under their requirements.

All our introducers are given copies of letters that we have received off creditors with regards to declarations etc again the clients name HAS to be removed.

There are on-line forums that have thousands of people that have decided to take action without legal representation and won, however there are also cases of people that have taken action without legal represenation and ended up with huge costs.

Our legal team ensure the client is covered by a CFA policy so they are left with no costs.

Paul, we are interested in recruiting self employed introducers (no joining fee) of ppi claims and unenforceable cases.

We pay £100 per case upfront and a backend share.
