Open letter to Lee,
I have been trying to contact you for days.
I paid you money for leads - in cash to the Nationwide Building society B Orrell.
You sent me totally the wrong leads and then promised to "sort it out". That was a week ago. You promised a refund and now you do not return my calls, pms, texts or emails.
I have since done what I should have done before I ordered - checked this forum! Now I see that you have popped up under the LC group, one-stop-money-shop and more recently Alfred Charles! I can see that others had similar problems back in April of this year. I can bump the posts if you like - much the same story as mine!
Now come on - Lee. You promised to sort it out - please do so. It's £90 by the way if that rings a bell!

This could be a horrible coinsidence but does it strike anyone as strange that lee goes missing for all this time and just when he rocks back up micheal jackson dies and people are struggling to find his money??

Took my eye off the ball! Too many things happening. I usually do check carefuly. The new name threw me, but as soon as I googled the telephone number - the other posts popped up and I linked it all together! Also, someone called Kevin Sharp came up against that telephone number!

I have received your PM and replied this morning. I also sent you an email, but have had no reply.
No sign of the refund that you say was transferred on Friday. And no sign of the Friday e-mail to which you refer.
However, if I do receive the refund, I will post the same on this forum.
Do you have any contact numbers for Lee?
I am selling my debt on now so would like to give as much info as possible on.

Indeed this was what you said...... "I have checked with my accounts and the infomation i gave over the phone was wrong. I am going inot town this afternoon so i will deposit the £90 direct into your account...."
That was yesterday. I have since sent you a number of e-mails and a telephone message, chasing up this refund. And still no sign.
I have given you every chance to sort this out and even tried to help you by suggesting that you use this thread to display your reasons for no refunds to the other contributors to this thread, which you so eloquently set out.
May I take this opportunity to remind you of something that you said to me in your recent e-mail ...."i am not in business to rip anyone off, i am in business as i believe i am good at what i do"
Perhaps we could put that on your tombstone.
Ok, seriously Lee, this does need to be resolved. If you have a good reason for not sorting this out when you said you would, I will take all of this back and put a picture of myself on this site - eating my hat.

The guys is a thief and has not got the first clue about customer service, customer satisfaction, business ethics, PPI, DM, IVA leads, refunds, invoices, PI leads, solicitors, keeping a low profile (how many user tags now?) and responding unless threatened.
I have no compassion, im owed and so will always have a dig.

I can see now that his initial communication was merely aimed at getting me to remove this post ! When it became clear that I would not do that, it all dried up again.
His mums number 01512599152 - this is where he lives, I'm sure they will get fed up after a few calls

When you call it , the usual thing is that no one answers; then someone does 1471 , rings back and then hangs up!
