Hi all,

I'm running a small credit brokerage currently processing secured loan and debt management applications.

We are paying a fantastic 60% of the commission on completed secured loan applications (after costs of valuation and mortgage questionnaire - if needed) to the introducer....thats a 60/40 split in the introducers favour.

Example Loan of £20,000 with £1,500 fee = (3.5%* commission = £700 +£1,500 = £2,200)
(£2,200 X 60% = £1320 to the introducer)

We have access to all the major lenders in the market (well, the ones that are left) which include Nemo, Link, Prestige, Blemain.

We also have the added benefit of being introducers to a small 'privately funded' lender that covers the following postcode areas BA, BS, SN, GL, HR, NP, CF, SA, HR ,LD AND MOST OF SY POSTCODE..They have some unique products available including true self employed / self cert, No processing costs, good rates, no minimum property vals etc. They are completing deals that the other lenders are turning away.

We have many contacts throughout the industry specializing in all areas of raising finance for customers, so if you have a customer or know someone who is looking to raise finance it could be worth checking to see what we can do.

Any debt management applications referred to us are individually assessed and commissions are paid once the program has been set up. On average the commission to an introducer will be equal to the first monthly instalment the customer makes on their debt management program.

So, if you would like any further information about what we have to offer or even if you are placing business through to another lender and you want to see the difference in commissions you will receive by using us, then please do drop me an email.

*example shown can depend on lender used and money spent on processing the application. The example is an average of what introducers are receiving. Commissions payable to an introducer is explained before any loan offer is sent to a customer.

Many Thanks,

Carl.
