we currently have an agency with a claims company whereby our field agents sign up business for a one off up front fee of £395 to review up to three agreements. Our claims partner retains £95 and pays us one off commission of £300. They keep 10% back end also.

This relationship has worked well and we are paid within 7 days of signing - however they appear to be struggling with volumes and only have one solicitor on their panel.

Would be delighted to hear from any company who can offer a similar package and take up to twenty new cases per week.

Hi, what is the minimum debt level per agreement?

Min debt level is £3k with at least a year to run on cards and loans.

On PPi anything over £1k particularly single premium stuff.
