Bulk email marketing - recommend me a company/service

I now have opt in data and would like to be able to send out bulk emails marketing various services, can anyone recommend a company or service to do this.

I'd prefer one where I can set it up myself and include banners with links to a place of my choice etc.

I use Attain Response for my Email Marketing & Auto-responding, since it has Video & Audio. and yes you can include your own banners with links. you can pretty much turn you email into the website.

We use netatlantic just because of the volume we sent out. You can add banners and links etc yourself as well.
