We have just secured a panel of solicitors backed up by funding and the SRA. We have the capacity to do 25000 cases per month.

Our MOJ licence is currently in application so at the moment we are runninng cases through another MOJ licencsed company until our one is complete. (This other company uses the same panel!)

I noticed this today and I am the Marketing Executive for First Legal Solutions. As you mention we are funding solicitors in order for unenforceable loan cases to go court. This is quite unique in the market place at the moment - and it's great for solicitors as we take on the risk. What we have to do to do this is find cases, check them and get counsels opinion on in order to get them to court.

If you have solicitors you could potentially sell cases to us and then refer your solicitor through to us for funding. This may be a potential business opportunity for those CMC's who wish to increase volumes and therefore earning potential.

i have additional solicitors that will pay upfront for PPinor unenforceable loans, i also supply PPI and unenforceable leads
