TimeLine
· 5 days – To assess case once received from agent
· 40 days for the lender to respond to Letter of Authority
under Data Protection
· 28 days to allow for assessment of information once
received back from lender
· Litigation process will then begin. Timescales will then
vary on a case to case basis, but client will be kept informed
NB: If lender fails to comply with the request under Data
Protection Act, we will look to prosecute for
failure to meet obligations under the act.

No upfront fee other than £1 per agreement to cover cost of obtaining the original from the lender.
Solicitors can handle additional 200 cases per week at present staff level
Back end fees 25%, (your commission 9%) higher percentage for volume.
