I run a company based in South Wales and require data/leads for home owners looking to sell fast.
We currently get around 40 leads per week but are expanding and looking to increase this number.
Please get in touch with me if you feel you have the data or leads that can help.
We only buy property at discount in South & Mid Wales and think declined secured loan/adverse mortgage leads maybe a good source however we do not currently have any experience in using this data.

Are you all properly registered under the new rent back rules?

We are not DA (Directly Authorised) but an appointed rep to an investor who is for sale and rent back.
All other BMV property we process and buy ourselves.
Is it sale and rent back leads you provide specifically?
We never had enough leads from SARB to warrant being DA.
I'm more interested in standard BMV leads but welcome SARB from people who can offer them.
