We have been let down by a spurious claims company

The clients have already paid an upfront fee of £150.00 per claim and are not interested in paying anything further. £125.00 of which has gone to the claims company!!!

We need to urgently move these clients as we have already waited 3 months +

We are not interested in back end fees or any upfront commissions or indeed any commission at all. We simply need a company who will take them on and get moving on them ASAP.

The claims are a mixture of loans (with and without ppi) and credit cards.

They have all been taken out pre April 2007 and we are looking for them to be found unenforceable.

This is urgent..........no time wasters please
