There seems to be some confusion about this company, perhaps it is time to set a few people straight

The LCA People Ltd's registered address is:
243 Finch Lane,
Knotty Ash,
Liverpool,
Merseyside
L14 4AG
Tel: 0151 259 9152

Before 17/6/09 the registered address was:
110 Empress Road,
Kensington,
Liverpool,
Merseyside,
L7 8SF

Companies house reports that the only officer of the LCA People Ltd is Lee Orrell of the Empress Road address. That is the current information from Companies House, it does not show any changes or resignations.

Furthermore:
"Lee Shaw" of "AAC UK Solutions" who has posted many times here to say that he is not connected with Lee Orrell has a domain registered called aacuksolutions.com. The WHOIS details (click here for proof) are:

Both AAC UK Solutions and the LCA People Ltd have the same address. which appears to be a terraced house. Perhaps it is just a coincidence that there are two people called "Lee" living here who are in the same line of business but don't know each other, because "Lee Shaw" says:

AAC UK Solutions is nothing to do with any of the above companies, so i dont know were any of you have got this idea from ????? if you could please let me know this ??

I have never worked with or on behalf of any of the baove companies.

I am new to this website as you will see from my joining date i have been asked do i know any of te baove companies, i have read about the dealing alot of you have had on this website with them but i can asure you i have not.

Is this website just all about having a witch hunt because i have the same first name as the person you have dealt with, alot of people have the same name .......

Just imagine that!

Now, I don't know what this Lee Orrell may or may not have done, but frankly the evidence seems to say:

• The LCA People Ltd not dissolved
• Lee Orrell is still the current and only office of the LCA People
• AAC UK Solutions is Lee Orrell as it operates from what seems to be his home address

Care to deny that, Lee?

I ran The LCA People Limited yes me Lee Orrell, i have never said i didnt.

1. It takes upto 6 months to dissolve a company via compaies house, sending in form 652A.
2. All this has steamed from Simon requesting a refund when he iwas and is not due one.

I feel sorry for this AAC person !! If i were conected in any way i woud admit it really i would, i ran The LCA People Limited which had a trading name of Your one stop money shop and your Home Management, i have never had any other company names. I am no longer trading in buisness, i admited defeat and closed all the company accounts etc. If you check with anyone you want to check with i banked with Barcleys bank PLC, Liverpool South branch as i live in Allerton.

How do you explain the registered addresses?
If you are no longer trading,why are you showing an interest in what started as unrelated threads to you and will have no impact on you.
The only person who needs to explain is the guy connected with AAC.

2) You still haven't given a reason why the addresses of the two companies match.

Your vehement protestations that you are not associated with AAc are actually admissions of guilt.
If someone was saying it was me and I knew it wasn't and I wasn't trading,I wouldn't give a toss.
The only people who care about links with a defunct company are a) the person associated with said company 2) The people who have been ripped off by said comapny.
As you allegedly are neither why are you bothered?

The original post has the filings of LCA People attached with the evidence.

If 110 Empress Road is actually offices, can you remember any other companies doing business from there?

Incidentally, there is only one company director listed at 110 Empress Road and that is Lee Orrell, and that is the current information.

To be honest, I can't figure out what 110 Empress Road is all about. Mr Orrell apparently lived at number 122 during 2004, but now does not exist on the electoral register.

I would suggest though that legally he is resident at 110 Empress Road for the purpose of any legal filings that anyone would like to make. Anything delivered to that address would be "served".

Perhaps AAC UK Solutions could clear up the confusion? Better still, perhaps they could let us know their company number?

The continuing operations of youronestopmoneyshop.org.uk would indicate that you are still trading. Are you trading while insolvent?

Lee, when you and I were about to do business you sent me an invoice for 10 leads with VAt added when your not even VAT registered. That was a warning sign in itself, which shows your intention to try and do me over aswell.

Your intention is bad enough whether I paid you or not, and I think you'll find most people on here who have had bad dealings with you are not gonna let it lie until you do what is right by everyone.

Tell me MADLADKENT, what am i to do to stop all this and i will do it ASAP?

Also MADLADKENT i remember you, i put the VAT onto the invoice as i was being charged VAT for the leads so i transferd the AT from my invoice to your invoice, to be honest i didnt know to much about VAT and how it worked then, when we were to do business, i wasnt going to do you over at all, it was just somthing i thought i was allowed to do, and i understa now it it not. Apologies for that.

BUT quite a few of my business colleagues on here have paid you and not seen a penny returned or product delivered that they asked for...and one of those could have been me based on what they and others have reported about you...so naturally I am going to feel resentment about any of your offers on here (no matter what the username) and I feel (as I'm sure others do) that people should be warned...

When will it stop?? When you leave this forum altogether and never come back...(unless you're going to deliver on your previous promises to other members of course)

I can 100% truely say that when a product has been paid for the leads HAVE been sent and the company ave worked on them. Simon from Selective Marketing ordered Orange mobile contract data, the data WAS sent to him and WAS worked on by him or his team. A few days later maybe a week later he emailed saying the leads never arrived, i sent again with a delivery report, a few days later he said the leads were no good, as per replacement policy we would replace any ud or "crap" leads. No leads were ever sent back to us for us to check and replace. Just requests for a refund, but we had already paid the suppliers and the door staf from the funds.

I want to leave this site, i am no longer trading in this business and will never trade in this business again, but when i get a phone call saying he is going to write a letter to a certain charity to ruine the event i can not just go away, the event has nothing to do with me, i put my name to it for my brother as i know a few people in a the club indusrty in Liverpool, the only reason, and when i am gettin messages from Ray Mysterio on facebook saying he is watching me what am i meant to do, that is a threat and can be taken down as a threat. all i am trying to do is move on from this business world.
