Hi all,

Our service may be of interest to those of you that rely on your clients to post documentation back to you in order for you to transact their business (and earn money yourselves!).

What is your conversion rate on packs being received back on your desk? I'm pretty sure there is a lot of room for improvement.

We are currently working with an Insolvency Practioners and collecting IVA/Bankruptcy packs for them. We ensure that all paperwork is signed correctly and that any relevant documents (ID, etc) are back with our clients asap, usually within 48/72 hrs.

Thank you for the PM's so far.
In addition to the document collection we can also offer a solution to increase your income per customer.


Dependant on the market you are in we also offer the potential for additional income via the selling of financial products (we are FSA regulated). The client always remains yours but we offer you the option of carrying out a mini fact-find when we collect the documents. If the client has any requirements that we can meet we will pay you a percentage of the commission.
As mentioned this would only be done with your approval, if you just want the pack collected then that is fine.
