    Hi all,

    Have been pitched by a company offeing a Pay per Call campaign, wondered if anyone has used this service before? They advertise for you and allocate a number to whoch customers call you.

    Sounds good but wondered if anyone had expericence

    Without knowing the co or their rep, hard to say. Pay-per-call is great but use your common sense. You can use your own 800 or local # to redirect to theirs so YOU have a count also or trust their count. Your call.     Hi,

    we also offer this service but our call center number is configured with your toll free number and your number is advertised so when customers call, those calls land up at our call center or another way is we provide you a Toll free number which you advertise and calls comes directly to us.A dialer report is generated automatically stating number of calls,call handling time,stand by time etc.

    I got offered this a few weeks ago as well and wanted to know more about it.

    I think it is a good idea and the pricing isnt too bad, but having spoken to a few organisations, no one else seems to be using it which makes me wonder why? hence the reason I havent pursued it further yet.

    Im not sure if i am missing something here but if someone could enlighten me with why it is not actively used in the industry it would be great.
