Financial Reclaims Limited a national reclaims company are expanding their network of introducers in the UK. We are looking for introducers of packaged ppi and unenforceable loans/credit card cases and can offer an extremely good package to interested parties.

PPI CASES

* Commissions will be subject to volumes but start at a minimum of £100 - £140 upfront and backend commission subject to volumes (Upfront paid within 28 days)

* You can choose the commission structure to suit your organisation of a high front end commission, high backend commission (12.5%) or a mix of the two

* No upfront charge to the client for ppi cases

* No Win No Fee policy on ppi cases (CFA)

UNENFORCEABLE LOANS & CREDIT CARDS

Unenforceable cases accepted on the following basis:

We are able to take UCA cases that commenced before 6th April 2007, less than £25k (unless they are a credit card) and where there is at least 8 months left to run on the agreement. The client must not be in bankruptcy order or be considering entering into one.

* No upfront charge to the client

* No Win No Fee policy (CFA)

For volume cases we would be able to pay 4% backend commission payable by the litigator.
