I don't know how many of you have seen the ITV program yesterday about the breach of handling personal information by call centers from India.

Am I right to think that The Information Commissioner will start to come hard on some of us for unlawfully use of personal data ??

I don't know how many UK call centers can justify the way they aquire personal data.

Any opinion is welcome.
