Hi everyone
I have just came accros of this website and I took my time to read about Cartel knowing that a few of you are sending leads (unforceable credit agrements) to their reps.
I do not have time to check the source but it looks very credible. Most of the information is from records obtained from the Company House.
It looks that they are not as profitable as they claim and they finished last year with a half milion pounds loss.
It also looks that they just barrowed (on 31 of August 2009 with a second charge) £300,000 from the owner's SSAS pension and they put a first charge on all the assets in his favour as well. This shows me that they are ready to wind up the company very soon but they won't pay a penny that to their distributors when happen. It is not the first time when Carl Wright will do this as if you read the article he wound up a few companies before.

Those in the industry will also know that there has been a huge amount of press very recently about some "Ground Breaking" Court rulings.
Seems like the last lot of cartel are going under thread's, when your on top your competitors want to shoot you down.
I'd be very wary of who actually starts all of it off and there real motives behind it
And yes the Claims market will come to an end and carl wright will probably admit that more than anyone
I've heard similar rumours from inside the nest. Some people havent been paid for a few months. Worrying time for the staff and agents if it is true as Cartel are not a small player at all.
It will be interesting to see if they do go under, as to how all these claims are going to be handled.
The unfortunate thing is most of the clients who have paid deposits are likely to lose out.
Thats terrible, so hopefully for the clients perspective, this doesnt happen.
Any more news about Cartel ?
I understand that CCR are closing it's doors at the end of this month. All web sites are down
