Can anyone give me there opinions in which you think are the best Claims companies to use and why

If at all possible I am looking for the following

    1) No upfront fee's to my clients apart from SRN (£11)

    2) I am looking for a company that will take a PPI claim only (and not go behind my back for an upsell of different products)

    3) Who can be trusted with my client and why

    4) Who will pay me upfront for my leads (Again without upfront fee's to my client)

    5) Which companies ONLY take a fee out of compensation/refund recieved by my client

    6) Which companies will claim for there fee's on top of my clients claim (100% compensation / refund to my client)

    7) Which company has the best tracking / updating systems

    8) I am after a company that can take cases where the PPI maye have been paid off / loan paid off etc etc (Can you claim even if PPI and/or loan is no longer in place)

    9) Any other recommendations would be great

    10) Who are you using and why ?

    Thanks for any help

In reply to your queries, I agree it's a bit of a mine field finding the right CMC for PPI / UCA claims.
If you want to have a chat with a company who do things right, have tie in with professional body & look after their introducers, then give me a call on 07815 715751. Steve

Do you feel confident that you'll meet a bonafide company on A4U. You really need to go and see the company, understand their business, meet the staff etc.
We're based in Blackburn, and can accomodate you at most times if you want to meet.
We have VC investment, which means we pay upfront, we don't charge clients, we have rigorous reporting etc. You can speak to our other introducers of ours if you wish.
