Are you a solicitors practice that has taken on or is looking to litigate Unenforceable Credit Agreements or PPI claims or are you a Claims Management Company that supplies solicitors with these types of cases if so I need to hear from you.

I have access to funding for solicitors for both existing cases and new cases to enable the solicitor to purchase the cases and lititigate the case to completion however I do not have access to enough quality solicitors.

A full financial and professional vetting of the practice will be undertaken so only quality solicitors that know this area of the law are required.

I am always open to discussions around funding, we currently have a large funder and are in talks with another option on £150 million fund. We can get large volumes of these cases so want to protect our futer even more
