1) Call Centre Generated Email Leads.

Supplier works with a Company who conduct a generic 'Financial Survey through their call centres. The survey consists of a number of questions including 'Personal Injury' (PI). If someone has had a PI, the call centre will ask a number of specific questions to determine if they have a valid claim for an RTA, EL, ST&F or Criminal injury etc. Before emailing the leads to the supplier, the call centre will undertake a 'double confirmation' by recalling and revalidating the leads. The supplier will then email the leads in batches to the buyer.



Criteria & Typical questions asked (positive answers only):

- Name, Address, DOB, landline, Mobile, Email (where available)

- Resident in England or Wales only

- What was the date of the injury? Within the last 3 years only

- Type of accident? Work, Public/Private Slip, RTA, Medical Negligence, Criminal.

- Did you receive medical treatment for the injuries? Yes only

- Did you suffer with the injury for 6 weeks or longer? Yes only

- Please can you confirm you have or can obtain Third Party details? Yes only ( RTA only )

- Please can you confirm you have or can obtain Photographs? Yes only ( Public/private slip/trips only )

- Was/Has the accident been reported to the employer? Yes only ( Accident at work only )

- Where there any witnesses present? Yes

- Please confirm that this accident was not your fault? Not their fault only.

- Please confirm that you have not claimed or tried to make a claim for this injury? Not claimed or tried to claim only.

- Please confirm that you would like to make a claim? Yes only



Replacement Policy:

- Anything outside the above criteria

- Dead numbers

- Unable to contact within 48 hours of receiving leads



Cost:

- £75/lead, min order 30

2) Web Generated, Televerified Email leads

Supplier works with a Company who own a number of Personal Injury/Accident (PI) Websites. After an online search, a consumer fills in an 'online application form' to make a PI claim. They are then telephone and asked a number of specific questions to determine if they have a valid claim for an RTA, EL, ST&F or Criminal injury etc. Each case is then drilled down into to confirm the necessary documentation and evidence is available to ensure a claim can be made, this may involve multiple call backs. Before emailing the leads to the supplier, a 'final screening'/'third level confirmation' is undertaken to ensure accuracy. The supplier will then email the leads in batches to the buyer.

I am interested in leads at £75ea. but due to the number of rogue traders I have had the misfortune to come across in this buisness, I would only commit to an intial trial quantity of 10 leads maximum. Also, would not be interested in criminal injury leads. What can you do for me?
