Anyone else bit quiet on the Lead Gen front?

Hi all,

Just thought id ask, were only a small outbound centre but weve been quiet this week, this is my 1st xmas doing this so wasnt expecting a downturn till Dec (we mainly do DM HK) just wondered if anyone else can give some input on experiences?

We are a unsecured broker with a call centre and haven't been this busy for some time. DM is a different area though and does start to get really quiet towards December, I know some even shut down for the whole of December.

yep, this last 2 weeks have a bit down. so much so that i am struggling to supply my existing clients and have had to turn people away because i cant in good faith promise them what i cannot deliver.

Must admit not looking forward to a long cold December with little business.

We were doing great upto last Friday and then Monday dipped a little and then Tue Wed were really quiet, i know xmas has a downturn in DM but not just yet. Ive done the same thing re customers though, better to lose out for now than take the cash, not deliver and lose the customer permenantly!

Were setting up a loan campaign on Monday i reck it will take over for the xmas period....

Totally agree, i hate making promises that cannot be delivered on, better to be honest and say no!!!.
