A company on here is being investigated for fraud, by a actual customer.

And i hope they do respond to my emails before i name them, and they have been emailed, stating they have until 3pm today, to get the clients money back or police will be contacted. SO I EXPECT THE COMPANY INVOLVED TO CONTACT ASAP...

Well its tough luck. Especially when the customer never consented or signed an agreement for money to be taken.
The customer want's their money by return.
