Thread: Hosted Dialler Options - Dialler Needed

    Dear Fellow members,

    After doing some research and having a few conversations I thought Id open it up to this forum.

    Basically I am after a hosted Predictive dialler for both office based and home based telesales agents.

    Ideally (Of Course) I am after a no set up , No monthly fee dialler on a pay as you go basis for call charges

    Please can anyone who can either recommend or providers please get in touch.

    Now to get things moving I need to following before we can follow up on interested parties

    Pleease can you let me know the basic details of your dialler , how it works , the process, reporting and costs.

    If we can start the costsings off with 1-10 users with whatever limit you have

    Also what I will need is screen prints or demo log in so I can see the interface of the actual dialler for both agents and administator.

    If it helps, my call centre uses the Genie Com dialer and i have 7 seats on it. Works well for us and im increasing the seats to 10 in Jan based on its sustainability.

    The Tetrus dialer isnt the ViciDial platform, it used to be, we were using it, but the new dialer is a totally different platform. The hosted version of ViciDial had terrible transfer problems
