I looking for solicitors to take packaged cases that meet with both the MOJ and SRA compliance all eligible claims are individually reviewed by a barrister within Chambers. Process as follows Claim's are identified by Counsel and a score is assigned to each head of claim, each score representing a percentage chance of success. The individual barrister who scores the case will then be available for instruction by the Solicitor during the running of the case. Solicitors can be assured that each claim has been quality assessed by an independent barrister specialising in unenforceability litigation.And that have a realistic prospect of success. We can provide other services to the solicitor (as specified in the document Please PM me), including ATE insurance, in addition to the audit report.

Thats a Very clever way of dealing with the cases, I take it that there would be a agreement where if the case went to court the barrister who scored the case would be one representing the client.?

My mistake I didnt realise I hadnt put what type of cases they are.
We deal with unenforceable credit agreements for both credit cards and Loans pre April 2007

Anything over 2.2k we deal with in house but anything under this goes in the bin?
