We are pleased to offer a 10 seat fully ready to use inbound and outbound call centre on lease.

2 Extra phone lines allowing you to make FREE unlimited calls to any UK landline numbers
You can answer upto 10 calls at a time or if you prefer have some of the staff on inbound and the rest on outbound etc
Activity Monitoring Software to track the usage of the PC by the agent allowing you to see which applications they are actively using, which sites they are visiting and what they are typing. You can block some sites/applications as per your policy to avoid staff wasting time.
COST OF THE CALL CENTRE (NO EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES OR FEES)
Option 1: £1200 per month including rent, business rates and bills (Your own staff)
Option 2: £500 per month including rent, business rates, bills. Plus we take 10% of all sales made per month (Your own staff)
Option 3: £750 per month including rent, business rates, bills. We supply our own staff at NO extra cost to you* but we take 25% of all sales made per month.
Option 4: £200 per week Rent a seat and fully trained call centre advisor answering calls on behalf of your company. All calls answered will be logged and details forwarded to any email address provided. The £200 includes use of any of our office address including PO box address, mail forwarding, free 0871/0872 number, free 0871/0872 fax number.
Option 5: Rent Free including, business rates, all bills but we keep 50% of all sales made per month (use our staff or your own staff). £5000 deposit required this is to ensure we and our staff do not lose out on sales made per month, the deposit is fully refunded at the end.
*PLEASE NOTE: OUR STAFF ARE TRAINED ON DEBT MANAGEMENT, MIS-SOLD FINANCE, PPI'S, PERSONAL INJURY AND SELLING OF OTHER FINANCE PRODUCTS INCLUDING LOANS, MORTGAGES ETC. THE STAFF CAN EASILY BE TRAINED TO ADAPT TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS REQUIREMENT.
With any option taken, we can manage the call centre on your behalf and provide you with daily reports/updates or as when required. The management feature allows the owner/s the flexibility to run the call centre from any part of the world or even the comfort of your own home.
