Blackhorse Finance still lend Unsecured for Homeowners as far as I am aware. If you're looking for Unsecured for tenants then I think they pulled from that a while back.

No idea on Ocean. Central used to have their own Secured Lending arm but not Unsecured.

Neither Ocean nor Central lend on their own book in the unsecured market.

Your best option for placing unsecured leads is a large whole of market broking operation - the returns from working directly with one lender, where most of your leads will be outside their criteria, will not make things economically viable. This has been our experience in this market anyway.

I am working with a whole of panel master broker at the minute

    Blackhorse
    FLM
    RPF
    Everyday Loans.

My sales team does all the sales process and then simply enters the leads onto there portal which is then sent onto lender.

As we are doing all the work I think we are geting paid way too low I'm told im getting half of what they get.

Does anyone know the commission percentage if dealing direct with the above lenders

    Thanks
