Looking for affiliate programs using form applications (finance field)

Hi There

I hope I'm posting to the right section, and I won't raise the statistics of those “who don't get it “ . The problem that I encountered is that most of the UK affiliate programs are offering affiliate solutions trough some sort of banner advertising or max. text links. As I don't wish to participate in some “Hit the Monkey” advertising procedures, and being an active company in the German Finance Field (between others) I was looking for a form approach. Something more clear, that can be built up on our own sites, traceable trough some administration panel. I know this may sound pretty reasonable and natural, but frankly I failed finding a partner that offers this. We have some competitive sites ranking in the SERPS, and having some decent traffic. The fields of interest would be : Insurance(all types), Loans (secured, unsecured...diff. Types), Credit Cards , Mortgages, Debt Management and maybe brokerage.

As we are running the sites, it wouldn't case a problem to build up something that could fit for us or either to fit to the needs of the Partner.

I hope that makes sense, and I'm more than happy to answer to any question, also discuss the details trough mail, phone, skype...etc.
